I feel drained..
I have no energy whatsoever! I don’t really understand why, I slept last night and I had breakfast this morning. -__- oh well!

Going to try out a cycling class
with my mom in a few! I’m going to my first yoga class this saturday morning:) I’m actually pretty excited, which is kinda funny. It’s a good thing this cycling class is early, because I haven’t slept all night, and I might knock out at the gym if I go any later than this!

Gaining it back. Even if it happened 50 years from now. The most I’ve ever weighed was 189 pounds, and that’s what really made me realize I had to change my lifestyle. The thought of reaching 200 scared the living shit out of me and I hope to God that I will never get there.

after my workout tonight, I did an hour and 45 mins of cardio, total of 3 and a half miles.( could have done more though:/) I worked on my arms, back, abs, and shoulders afterwards! I’m gonna be sore tomorrow wooo!
